Hugh Hewitt wishes a happy Valentine’s day to Christopher Hitchens to start of today’s show with the Vanity Fair Columnist before asking him some personal questions, like favorite restaurant, smoking and beverage brand etc.
Then Hugh moves to the funny debate. The debate in the House between John Murtha and Wolf Blitzer earlier today. Was the Australian president right to mention the reason for not being in support of the US in Iraq? Hitchens is shocked by the congressman’s reply on this note. What was this shocking speech by an elected representative?
Finally, Hugh raised two more questions. First, the Libby trial, and second, Iran’s attempt to smuggle in weapons to kill Americans as well as sniper rifles. Should we target mullahs and will it be moral to assassinate them?
Thanks for Listening!
