This Hugh Hewitt Show begins with Christopher Hitchens on John Kerr’s troubles and the Vietnam War’s statistics. This week, John Kerry made himself a most controversial character the Don Imus show.
After listening to some cuts of this show, Hitchens says, it’s the sort of thing that drags one down, and makes one feel stupid talking about it. Hitchens also makes joke saying, oh…why didn’t he throw in his plan for victory in Iraq. Was Kerry’s apology acceptable?
Hugh then takes Christopher back to 1971. “Mr Hitchens, do believe that John Kerry’s narrative in 1971 was true?” On that note, Hitchen is neither straight nor skipper. Listen to his diplomatic answer and Hugh’s attacks again again on specific statistics.
Thanks for Listening!
